This is an area that’s just as important to strengthen as hip abduction and external rotation.  Try doing 2-3 sets of 8-10 reps of this exercise daily. The ball is used to keep the focus on just hip internal rotation.  B) Try this exercise to build hip strength and work on balance and stability!  C) This is just one exercise I like to use to treat carpal tunnel. Try doing 2-3 sets of 8-10 reps!  D) I love exercises that target more than one body part. This is a great one for hip strength, upper body strength, core strength, and balance. It’s definitely harder than it looks!
