I have no idea why but I've always enjoyed training abs. I usually train them 3-5 times a week depending on how motivating I'm feeling MAJOR KEY- Keeping your shoulders back and back straight, isolate your abs by using your core to pull yourself up contracting your abs at peak position. I also recommend adding weight to a few of your ab exercises. You would be amazed at what a 10lb dumbbell can do for ya!
