It is a piece of equipment I recommend to anyone who is setting up their own home gym. (I use mine all the time!) Here are 8 leg exercises you can do on the TRX. Play around with each move and modify as needed. Depending on the exercise, where you stand in relation to the TRX anchor point will make it easier or harder. In addition, using your arms more will decrease the difficulty of a move (and you can even add dumbbells to some of these for an extra lower body challenge).
