I am not suicidal, but I think this needs to be heard to save a soul. Everyone NEEDS to read this. Never push away a suicidal person. And don't treat it like a joke or just brush it off if they tell you
I don't feel like I should self harm or commit suicide but I kind of relate to her. I don't have any reason to have anxiety but I do. Since I finished counselling, my anxiety has been much better but I still feel a need to fake a smile

Suicide is not selfish, it is what a desperate person who see's no light at the end of their tunnel will turn to to make the pain stop. Rather than judge or mock, perhaps you should light a candle to help them find their way out of the darkness
