Peaches with Ham, Basil, and Pistachios soaked in Honey - Heavenly! We saw this lovely photo and made it our own by grilling fresh Peach slices (from the Texas Hill Country, of course), then we added one Basil leaf, wrapped it with a slice of Prosciutto, and added just a dollop of Pistachio nuts soaked in Honey. And the Honey had just a drop of smoky Whiskey added to it. The Foodlovers went WILD for this-everyone wanted the recipe! And now you have it, too. ~~ Houston Foodlovers Book Club
