F. Scott Fitzgerald
colorized by Jecinci // F. Scott Fitzgerald was an American fiction writer, whose works helped to illustrate the flamboyance and excess of the Jazz Age. While he achieved popular success, fame, and fortune in his lifetime, he did not receive much critical acclaim until after his death. Perhaps the most notable member of the "Lost Generation" of the 1920s, Fitzgerald is now widely regarded as one of the greatest American writers of the 20th century // source: facebook.com/jecinci

Siřem: vesnice, kterou proslavil Franz Kafka - Novinky.cz
Postava Franze Kafky bývá spojována především s Prahou. Spisovatel světového formátu však pobýval také v jedné zapadlé vesnici českého pohraničí. Tady získal inspiraci k románu Zámek a ukončil komplikovaný vztah s Felice Bauerovou. Přesto nebylo v Siřemi po Kafkově odkazu donedávna ani stopy. Díky hrstce nadšenců se to ale mění.

John Steinbeck
John Ernst Steinbeck Jr. was an American author. He won the 1962 Nobel Prize in Literature "for his realistic and imaginative writings, combining as they do sympathetic humour and keen social perception." He has been called "a giant of American letters," and many of his works are considered classics of Western literature. This is my colourised version of a darkly toned portrait taken in 1935, by Sonya Noskowiak.
