I really admire the design for these stairs and how they incorporate a wheelchair access ramp. In a world where barrier free design is essential to living a full and happy life, its amazing to see landscape architect Cornelia Oberlander has taken literal steps to design stairs AROUND a ramp, instead of the other way around. ~ @define-space

"Locking your wheelchair lift and requiring disabled people to find an employee to unlock AND OPERATE it is a direct violation of the ADA. 'The [ADA] Standards require ‘unassisted’ entry and exit from lifts (§410.1). Even if vaccines did cause autism, I would still vax my child. Like, yeah, we can talk about how it's infactual [sic] that vaccines cause autism, but let's also talk about how deep the hatred for autistic people goes that people would rather have a dead or sick child than an autistic one. ~ @archivistwasp I love everything about this tweet, including the implicit suggestion English speakers adopt "infactual" as a word.
