Use a little meat marinade (I like Allegro from Albertsons ), Pepper and Garlic Powder. Leave the burgers out on the counter for about 20 minutes. Then barbecue, grill or pan sear partially frozen. Start cooking them on low/medium flame for 5 minutes, then put marinade/seasoning on them. The burgers have a wonderful flavor so you do not have to overly season them. Try to leave the meat a little pink in the inside to experience the taste and the quality.
