Premium Arabica coffee beans from Central America are hand picked when ripe for homogeneous shape and color. This ensures consistency in appearance and flavor after the roasting process. At the pre-roasted stage, the beans are small, dense and green. During the roasting process, the beans darken in color, expand and become lighter.
