One of my favorite Greek recipes--papousakia, or "little shoes." I made this this weekend, and it became 2 meals for the day--we didn't want to stop eating! However, I made some changes. I omitted tomato paste from the sauce, and added half the amount of water. Also, instead of the listed bechamel, I made a cream and stock reduction "bechamel," (found here: http://www.lowcarbfriends.com/recipereview/showproduct.php/item/1256_Flourless-Sauce-Bechamel") which was delicious--and keto!
