No training them is not gonna magically give you abs. You still need to strength train, do some cardio and eat right. However.. do I think they help? Absolutely. Abs are muscles too people! Here’s the circuit: ✅ Weighted knee drives 15 reps ✅ Alternating knee drives 15 reps per side ✅ slowed down mountain climbers 45 seconds ✅ Weighted deadbugs 15 per side 🔥 REPEAT THE WHOLE CIRCUIT 4 TIMES IN TOTAL.
