· 4 servings Easy and Delicious Potato Pops Made in Air Fryer by @thisisplanetfood on tiktok. -Peel and cube 2 large potatoes and boil until fork tender, then drain -Add boiled potatoes to a bowl and season with 1tsp each of garlic granules, onion granules and paprika. -Add salt & pepper to taste -Mash until smooth, add in 4tbsp of cornflour and mix until a thick, firm dough forms (add more flour until desired consistency) -Roll into balls, add to your air-fryer and spray with oil -Air-fry @ 200C for for 15-20 mins until golden and crispy, shake regularly -Meanwhile make your garlic butter by adding 100g of butter to a bowl with 2 tsp of garlic granules and a handful of fresh parsley. While tomatoes are still in season, I had to make one of my favorites “Chinese Tomato Eggs” ! 🍅🍳 it’s so simple to make and never gets old. One ingredient that I always have to add is… ketchup! The sweet tangy-ness adds so much to the dish 😁 Ingredients: • 3 tomatoes • 4 eggs • 3 round slices of ginger • Green onions • Chicken powder 1 tsp • Oyster sauce 1/2 tbsp • Ketchup 1 tbsp • Sugar 3 tsp Instructions: • 1. Mix your eggs with chicken powder • 2. Scramble on med low heat until 3/4th cooked and remove • 3. Wash the pan, and sauté ginger and green onion ends until fragrant • 4.
