INGREDIENTS
Tater Tots 
12 eggs
1/4 cup milk
Chopped spinach
8 strips of cooked bacon, chopped
Shredded cheddar cheese
Everything but the Bagel Seasoning

INSTRUCTIONS 
Using a silicone muffin pan, add 3 tater tots to each one. If using a regular muffin pan make sure to spray it with cooking spray really well. 

Bake at 400 degrees for about 25 minutes or until the tots are cooked. 

Scramble eggs with a splash of milk and Everything but the Bagel seasoning. Add shredded cheese, chopped spinach, and bacon. Stir well. 

Pour the egg mixture evenly over the tater tots. 
Be sure to only fill them half way. Bake at 400 degrees for about 12-15 minutes. Enjoy! 

This made about 15 egg cups! These reheat well in the microwave.
