1 flour tortilla (I use La Tortilla Factory – Smart & Delicious Light: only 80 calories!) 2 tbsp pizza sauce 1/4 cup fat free shredded mozzerella 8 turkey pepperonis Italian seasonings Broil tortilla in the oven for 3 minutes, or until crispy. Spread the sauce, and top with cheese, seasonings and pepperonis, and return to broil for 2 minutes, or until the cheese is melted. Deliciousness! Diner, Tortilla Pizza, Salsa Picante, Tasty
