"An Ouled-Nail Tribal Dancer" by French Orientalist painter and illustrator Georges Jules Victor Clairin (1843 - 1919) who studied at the Ecole des Beaux-Arts in Paris and traveled (and worked) with the painter Henri Regnault in Spain, and Tangirs.
