Behind every great man there is a greater woman. Igea Lissoni, longtime lover of Lucky Luciano. Some reports say they were married and some say they only exchanged rings. Neither Lucky nor Igea ever confirmed their marriage publicly. Igea went with Lucky to Naples after he was deported to Italy. She passed on of natural causes. It was only AFTER Igea died that Lucky finally decided he would tell his story about Cosa Nostra. He died on the way to the airport to meet the man he would talk to.
